One space parking on the west side of bridge, then walk thru the busy bridge to benchmark.
The cache is not at the posted coordinates. but their is a Benchmark disk on top of the Northeast Wingwall or the Hunsicker Mill Bridge that you will need to get the five diget elevation number for the puzzle.
The Disk is not in Geocaching Benchmarks(National Geodetic Survey)
