Geocache Description:

At a museum reasonably near you, anywhere in the world.

THIS CACHE WAS MURDERED!

BORN 11/06/2002 DIED 01/01/2006

THE ABOVE COORDINATES ARE BOGUS. YOU MUST FIND YOUR OWN CARBONACEOUS CHONDRITE OR OTHER METEORITE!

This cache name represents one type of meteorite that has reached Planet Earth. This type of meteorite matter contains organic compounds, including amino acids, the same complex molecules used by living things for construction of proteins and genetic material.

REQUIREMENT: No extra-terrestrial travel required. Just post a photo of a meteorite on display at a museum near you. An outside photo of the museum with GPS, and an inside photo of the meteoric object, also with your GPS is required. Details of your meteorite subject will add interest to your posting, such as year and where it fell, and a given name? The usual rules apply. Only one log per location will be allowed, and only one log per geocacher/team. NO logs of sites claimed for other caches! To log your find you must report the coordinates, and name the location where found(city, state/province, and country). You must take photos of your find with your GPS visible - old vacation photos and photos downloaded from the web won’t be allowed.
