The West Orange Trail - Phase II
How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
This cache is on the West Orange Trail - Phase II. It was originally planned to be a wandering cache, but since they have proven to be more aggravating than fun it is a sign and go micro cache. The location was too good to let go and the cache was already painted and planted when I found this out.
This cache was to be modeled after the Pinellas Trail Wandering Cache by Faithwalker & de Mama, but due to the aggravation associated with wandering caches (I couldn't figure out how you could get something to mark the cache was here but now is gone in the micro short of asking you to stab yourself in the finger and leave a spot of blood) it is now a log and go similar to the Doombot's caches in the Lakeland area.
The container is a magnetic “hidden key” case. The box contains a cache paper/log sheet and a pencil.
This is a great cache for bicycles, roller blades and walkers. I hope you enjoy the cache and the trail.
