The Post Office of Haring was opened Dec 18, 1872, and discontinuted Nov 30, 1891. It was located next to the railway but we couldnt find a good hiding spot for the cache due to the busy road and population, so you will find the cache nearby. Haring Township is now a very powerful one in Wexford County as it's southern boundary is 13th Street in Cadillac. Much of Cadillac's growth on it's northern side is actually in Haring Township!
