Mt. Inari is located approximately 2km south of Komine Castle in Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture. This place was the scene of a fierce battle during the Battle of Shirakawaguchi during the Boshin War. A monument has been erected with the names of the soldiers who died in battle on both sides. There is also a monument to Saigo Tanomo's poem.
I hid the cache near the top of the mountain. Although it is called a mountain, it feels like a hilly area, and it only takes a few minutes to reach the top. However, the road to the parking lot is narrow and oncoming vehicles may pass, so please be careful. Also, depending on the season, you need to be careful of threats such as bees, poisonous mushrooms, and falling burrs.

福島県白河市にある小峰城から南へおよそ2ｋｍ離れたところに稲荷山があります。戊辰戦争白河口の戦いにおいて激戦の舞台となった場所です。両軍の戦死者の名が記された碑が建てられています。西郷頼母の歌碑もあります。
その山頂付近にキャッシュを隠しました。山とは言っても丘陵地のような感じで、山頂までは数分で着きます。ただ、駐車場までの道は細く、対向車も通りますのでくれぐれもお気をつけください。また、季節によってはハチ、毒キノコ、落ちてくるイガグリ等の脅威にも注意が必要です。
