This is the 3rd cache in thre LHGT series which is based on the book Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte.
This series is located on the Luray Hawksbill Greenway Trail (LHGT):
After working for a year as a teacher at Lowood Institution, Jane decides that her 'new servitude' should be to work as a governess in some wealthy family's home. Jane goes to Lowton Post Office where she places an advertisement in the local newspaper, The Herald. 
Jane receives the following response from a Mrs. Fairfax of Thornfield Hall:
"If J.E., who advertised in the -shire Herald of last Thursday, possesses the acquirements mentioned, and if she is in a position to give satisfactory references as to character and competency, a situation can be offered her where there is but one pupil, a little girl, under ten years of age; and where the salary is thirty pounds per annum. J.E. is requested to send references, name, address, and all particulars to the direction:-
