This cache is a field puzzle. The coordinates will bring you to the window along the left side of a restaurant. Once there, find the pug and figure out how to get him to give you the combiniation to the nearby lockbox near the street. Inside the lockbox you will find the log. You do not need to go inside the restaurant unless you are hungry.
