What is a CITO?

CITO is Cache IN, Trash OUT.  A CITO is a cacher's formal opportunity to give back to the community that supports our hobby.  Of course we can pick up trash any time we are picking up caches.  But this is an organized time set aside to give back to the community with friends.  Join me at 6:00PM to ensure this little community area stays presentable.
