Take a moment to enjoy the view from here of Aberdeens new South Harbour, a 420 million expansion which was the largest marine infastructure project in the UK. Taking 7 years of planning and 6 years to build, this harbour was opened in September 2023, welcoming the usual array of vessels involved in trade and energy, but delighting Aberdonians with cruise ships bringing visitors to our city.
