Looks like the moon has gone missing again and that at about the same time as NASA has been given the goal to go back there....

Geocache Description:

You'll need to visit the Moon to find this cache.

This is an Altoids tin cache which you'll need to bring your own writing instrument to log. There are a few goodies inside along with the logbook.

This cache is located due north of Tranquility Base, under Mare Frigoris.

This is a high traffic area, so be discrete when finding and replacing this cache. You may have someone watching you at the telescope afterall! Be sure to replace the cache exactly where you found it.

This cache was placed on 2002 December 7, the 30th anniversary of the launch of Apollo 17, the last of the great Apollo missions to the moon. Lets hope it doesn't take another 30 years to go back there!
