Look for a group of people walking around with gloves & trash bags.
Please bring:
Your own gloves if possible + any rubbish picking tools.
Provided:
Gloves and rubbish bags for those who don't have them.
Note:
It is not essential to bring gear, but all should help clean. Thanks! ๐
We will meet near the central exercise equipment. Once gathered, we will distribute cleaning gear and divide into teams, before walking around the outside of the oval and cleaning up the park. By forming multiple groups,
we may collectively clean the park more efficiently and teammates may
chat as they work together. Playing for FTF is optional, For The Fun of it.
If you arrive later, you should be able to find us by walking around the oval until you see people cleaning up with gloves and bags. At the end of the event, we will meet near the exercise equipment, and FTF prizes will be awarded to those who cleaned up the most trash from the park. I hope to see you there.
Cheers, MaxAdventurer ๐
Pre-G.A.M.E - 15 mins after this pre-G.A.M.E CITO, I will be hosting an event at the Regent Hotel, 'G.A.M.E #8' (GCB4JH9). For those who wish to come, we will be chatting inside the hotel, with options to order food and drink, as well as play tabletop games. The Regent Hotel is on the East side of ANZAC Parade.
Trash Walk - In contrast to pre-game 'trash talk', sometimes exchanged by competing teams, I would like to promote a 'Trash Walk' to collaboratively clean up trash instead of dishing it out to others, while there is still a fun, competitive element to enhance our positive impact on the environment.
