Pärnu metsakombinaat oli Nõukogude ajal oluline tööstusettevõte Pärnus, mille tegevus ulatus kaugemale kui pelgalt puidutöötlemine. Lisaks oma põhitegevusele oli kombinaat seotud ka kohaliku kogukonna eluga.
Näiteks 1960. aastatel oli Pärnu metsakombinaadi staadioniks koht, kus peeti esimesed Eesti NSV vibulaskmise meistrivõistlused. See näitab, et kombinaat toetas ka sporditegevust ja aitas kaasa kohaliku spordielu arengule.
