Located on a public footpath at Marsden Park golf course.
As of April 1, 2025, Marsden Park Golf Course is closed for at least one year. Pendle Borough Council decided to "mothball" the public course for 12 months to allow for all future options to be considered due to financial challenges.
On that basis it should be safe enough to walk without fear of "Fore"
DO NOT PARK ON BARKERHOUSE ROAD NEAR THE CACHE - CORNERS ARE BLIND and IT WOULD BE VERY DANGEROUS
TAKE CARE when walking on the road which has no footpath.
My intention is to link up the paths, this may take some time.
If you enjoy longer walks please check numbers are sequential if there's a break I still have caches to add.
Should not be too taxing it's a fairly standard hide. Hopefully the coordinates are spot on, there are a lot of potential hiding places I mused over.
