I did not spend enough of my time in the woods as a child. If I
had, I would have found it much sooner, instead of a mere 3 years
ago. It was beautiful, the perfect secret. But then, only a few
months before I was to leave, they cut - a huge gash in the heart
of the forest, severing 3/4 of the link between woods to the north
and those to the south. Nervously, I came back to visit, and found
that though standing in this special place I could still see only
woods, the cut had indeed come dangerously close, and there were
new survey markers within a mere hundred feet. Now I have moved
north for good; I can only rarely visit. So it is up to you - will
you attempt to save this threatened treasure?
