How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

In this locationless cache, you must find some seriously oversized sporting goods!

To claim this locationless cache, you must find a public representation of some piece or pieces of oversized sporting equipment. Take a picture which includes your GPS, report the coordinates and the location, tell us something about it and claim the cache.

As an example, the coordinates here and the picture below are of a giant soccer ball that I found in the shadow of Shanghai Stadium in Shanghai, China. This stadium will be the site of some of the preliminary soccer games in the 2008 Olympic Games which will be held in China.

All of the standard locationless cache rules apply: one log to a customer, all entries must be different, all logs must contain the required GPS photo as well as the coordinates and general address (city, state, country) of your find. More than one photo is welcomed and some information about the area is appreciated.
