sometimes in geocaching you really just can't find it, and this was one of those days. Filled with spirit and enthusiasm, JJBAFAN, Jljeb1, Hothouserhymes and I all went out to hunt for a specific cache, however, through struggle, 7 trees, one creek, 5 phone calls, and 9 dnf logs, we accepted our failure. To be defeated by a tricky hider is acceptable, but in this case, we name our enemy "JackFish14".
this cache was hidden on our way to our doomed fate, a tricky hide just off of the winter mushing trails. This cache can be accessed in all months, but you must stay of the trails in the winter in accordance with the Chugiak Municipal Guidelines. From August 1st to April 15th these trails are mushing only, and although allowed to use dog mushing to access this cache, it is not recommended as stopping on the trail is frowned upon. You can walk through the woods or along the creek, which should be fun to get nearby caches aswell! Good luck!
