FAROLIM DA PONTA DA FETEIRA

PORTUGUÊS - Entrou em funcionamento no dia 16 de Fevereiro de 2016, o Farolim da Ponta da Feteira, na Ilha de São Miguel. A instalação deste equipamento, em conjunto com o Farolim dos Fenais da Ajuda inaugurado no início do mês, permite completar a cobertura da rede de assinalamento marítimo costeiro da ilha.

Uma caminhada de 1,3km desde o waypoint "Entrada" até ao gz (eu fui de moto4!!!), mas que vale a pena pela magnífica vista do farolim!

Peço que não colocam fotos da vista para não estragar a surpresa para os outros geocachers!

ENGLISH - The Ponta da Feteira lighthouse on São Miguel Island became operational on February 16, 2016. The installation of this equipment, together with the Fenais da Ajuda lighthouse, inaugurated earlier in the month, completes the coverage of the island's coastal maritime signaling network.

A hike of 1,3km from the waypoint "Entrada" until the gz (I went by quad!!!), but is well worth the hike because of the magnificent view from the lighthouse!!!

Please do not upload photos of the view, so you don't spoil the surprise for the other geocachers!!!
