Welcome to
The Syracuse Hancock Travel Bug SkyLodge!
This is a little bigger (than a regular ammo box) place for weary Travel Bugs to rest before heading off in the sky for new adventures or for those TBs getting off their flights from other parts of the world to travel here for a while.
Please don’t forget to sign the log at the Front Desk (the compartment on the top of the box) and when you’re done, find your way in the Skylodge and take one complimentary souvenir token if you’d like.
To make it easier to see if you can help a trackable on its mission, the guest suites are labeled for those TB/Trackables that are traveling to destinations within the USA and Canada, one for those that are going to Mexico, Central and South America, one for those going to Europe, one for those going other overseas destinations and one for those traveling with no particular destination. If your trackable doesn’t fit in one of the bags, it’s OK to leave it without putting it in a bag. Of course, there’s a bag for swag for the kid in all of us too!
🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TO THE MOOPS FOR ANOTHER FTF! 🎉
This FTF makes 48 straight months with a FTF for the Moops! Congratulations! 🎉
Travel Bug INFO FOR NEW GEOCACHERS!
Please New Cachers, be sure to learn about Travel Bugs/Trackables if you should decide to take one to help it on its journey. Please go to Geocaching > Trackables . It’s important to LOG the TBs in or out of the cache! It’s also important to remember that trackables have owners who are excited to watch them travel! Please do not lose them or keep them!
Also, please do not remove or change any item that may be attached to the trackable as this also belongs to the trackable owner. There may be some cases where it’s OK to add or change it. If it’s terribly damaged or soiled, you can send a message to the owner to let them know that you would like to change it and why. Always remember to read about the trackable and its mission! I hope you find it fun!
