Maker Magic - Share and Discuss!
We'll meet at The King's Tun in Kingston, between 3pm and 4.30pm on Monday 20th April. We may be seated upstairs, but don't worry, there is a lift.
Share - If you came along to my Magic Maker event a few years ago, you'll remember that I displayed a few containers that were rather different to the usual bison/3ml tube/filmpot behind a street sign. I'll bring a few this time for those of you who missed out, and for those of you who are new to the game, so you can see the different types of hides. Feel free to bring along your own examples of some of your clever hides to share with the group. I may bring some tools and materials so you can have a go at making something yourself.
Discuss - We can discuss how to set up a cache page so that geocachers have plenty of information to help them locate the cache. This will include sizes, obtaining accurate coordinates, hints, parking, trailheads and so on.
Everyone logging an 'Attended' on the event will earn the special 'Maker Magic 2026' souvenir.
