Hello dear Geocaching community in Dublin and surroundings!
We, joerg75 and Heinold0815, are traveling together as Team JH26 to Ireland and are thrilled to meet you at this Meet & Greet. We're coming from Germany and have set out to explore the highlights of the Irish Geocaching scene – especially the oldest Geocache in Europe, GC43 "Europe's First", which was hidden on June 3, 2000, in Bray.
The event takes place at the iconic Grand Canal Docks sign, a historic sign by the canal that's perfect for a casual meetup. Come by to exchange stories, share tips (maybe you have insider info on caches in the area?), and make new friends. We'll bring along a few Travel Bugs and Geocoins that we'd love to send on their way.
No preparation needed, just drop by and have fun! We're looking forward to seeing you!

Wir, joerg75 und Heinold0815, reisen gemeinsam als Team JH26 nach Irland und freuen uns riesig darauf, euch bei diesem Meet & Greet zu treffen. Wir kommen aus Deutschland und haben uns vorgenommen, die Highlights der irischen Geocaching-Szene zu erkunden – allen voran den ältesten Geocache in Europa, GC43 "Europe's First", der am 3. Juni 2000 in Bray versteckt wurde.
Das Event findet am ikonischen „Grand Canal Docks Sign“ statt, einem historischen Schild am Kanal, das perfekt für ein lockeres Treffen geeignet ist. Kommt vorbei, um Geschichten auszutauschen, Tipps zu teilen (vielleicht habt ihr Insider-Infos zu Caches in der Gegend?) und neue Freundschaften zu knüpfen. Wir bringen ein paar Travel Bugs und Geocoins mit, die wir gerne weiterreisen lassen.
Keine Vorbereitung nötig, einfach vorbeikommen und Spaß haben! Wir freuen uns auf euch!
