Did you know that on this day in 1979, the Jimmy Carter Rabbit Incident took place. President Carter was out fishing on a boat on a pond on his farm, when a swamp rabbit swam up to him menacingly. He scared it off. People didn't believe the story afterwards until he produced photos taken by the White House photographer.
