Magic Maker events are intended to inspire caching to create wonderful new geocaches and share their experiences with others
The purpose of this event is to encourage a higher quality of caches even on the much loved power trails
Where you are a beginner or a seasoned cacher all are welcome at this event.
The event will focus on the following topics and I will be making a presentation based on these topics. I will try to suggest suitable containers and locations were appropriate and suggest ways in which they might be improved to make them something unique based on my experiences of caches gained over the years.

What are the proximity rules
There are a number of different types of caches. What are these about.
Why choose this location. Is it a good place
COORDINATES
Accuracy of grid is very important. Make sure you check this. How do you do that
PERMISSION
All geocaches require permission from the landowner. Has this been sorted or do you need to ask
CACHE PAGE
What needs to be on the page and how can you achieve this
SUBMITTING FOR REVIEW
The reviewer will require some information before your cache can be published. Type of container, exact location and details of how to solve it if it is a mystery
BEING A CACHE OWNER
Make sure your container is on site before clicking submit.
Maintenance - Can you manage this.

Please come prepared to contribute to the discussions and if you have any unique caches you have personally made or photographs of some of your best finds please share them. I have a few unique caches at home and will bring these to show you and also explain how I have made them
It is hoped you will leave the event fired up to put out some interesting caches even on the power trails
There is parking outside the church in the market square and also behind the pub in their car park. Food is served on a Thursday from 6.00 - 8.00.
