Path Trimming at Hucclecote Meadows SSSI
Parking: There is some on-street parking opposite Hucclecote Meadows Reserve on Laxton Road (or in many of the other side streets nearby).
Where: We will meet to collect tools opposite meadows or 09:30 by the main entrance to the Reserve, or after that, find us working around the edges of the Meadows.
What: Join us as we trim path edges around the boundaries of the Meadows.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and tools. Please bring your own gardening gloves if possible and feel free to bring your own shears and secateurs if you wish. Don't worry if you don't have them as the Ranger will have a supply.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by Council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
Please make sure you bring your own refreshments as it can be thirsty work! Please drop by if you have any time to spare - do not feel you have to stay for the full session. Any and all help makes a real difference.
