Are you fed up with finding nanos stuck to road signs and bisons hanging on trees?
Then this is the event for you!

Recently, someone wrote in one of my logs that it was "just another nano in the woods" and that made me rather embarassed. So I put my thinking cap on, scouted out GZ more thoroughly, and created a fun camouflaged cache that blended in to the surroundings and matched the theme of the location. I'm happy to say that I get very complimentary logs on it now. And it didn't take much effort to make.
Cache owners - I will be bringing a range of homemade cache containers of different styles and will show you just how easy it is to create your own fun caches that people will give favourite points to. I will have some freebies to get you started making your own cool caches and I will also have some purchased containers to give you an idea of what is out there. Feel free to bring along your own interesting containers to show off too.
Cache seekers - if you've been struggling to find certain caches, it might be because it's a well-disguised container of a type you haven't seen before. When you have seen the varieties available, you will get better at spotting them in the wild.
Have you found some amazing caches recently?
This is your chance to tell people about the caches they should be finding.
We are lucky here in Essex to have many cachers hiding great creative caches - both fun containers and interesting puzzles. This event is an opportunity for us to share the details of those caches. I'm always eager to get other people's recommendations.
We are meeting in The Sarah Moore at 57 Elm Road, Leigh-on-Sea, SS9 1SP. We will be in the raised area on the left of the door. There is a big car park behind the Police Station / Community Centre which is free after 6pm.
