Did you know that the 28th April 2026 is National Superhero Day? Well, it also happens to be National Blueberry Pie Day - but can we celebrate both? Of course we can! How about merging both days into one and making it National Superhero scoffing Blueberry Pie Day?
Now everyone has a real shot at being a true superhero, and may have their very own favourite superhero that they love whether in real life or fictional, and who does not enjoy some delicious Blueberry Pie either on it's own, with custard or ice-cream? Well, i'm sure superheros would enjoy blueberry pies too - now I'm not promising any blueberry pies on the day, but I can certainly turn up with a superhero themed t-shirt at least and maybe some superhero socks!
In any case, I’ve decided to host a small local event at the Unicorn pub in Altrincham, which is a chance to catch up and enjoy a simple meet and greet, with some grub available to order, and there are likely a few caches published following the event too, so hope to see you there!
