This cache is a virtual cache as there is no caching in the park. The nearest public lands are several miles away, too far in this area for a multi-stage cache with a physical cache container.
Fort Rock: The Plaque

Please take care of your dogs in this park, they need to be on a leash of 6 feet or less; Please read the park rules sign; Please read the various kiosk boards for short-term rules - like no drone flying while raptors are nesting, closed trails and such as.
Bring a lunch and some water for your stay, and enjoy a one-of-a-kind feature to be seen nowhere else like it. If you come in the spring and summer, you will see various species of Hawks, Falcons, Ravens, and some Eagles in the air, nesting or sitting on the Rimrock.
Hike the trail around the inside of the Fort, being careful not to pack anything but trash back out. Bring your optics and sit on the North Rim and watch for Elk, Pronghorns, Mulies, Coyotes, and lots of other critters roaming the Sage.
Logging requirements have changed due to the theft of the previous items needed to fulfill this challenge.
Now to claim this as a find, you will need to go to the posted cords and tell me how many constellations there are, what the two end ones are, and what is the middle one
