Grant's Vicksburg Campaign, Cache 11 of 11.
The perfect location for the final stop along the campaign trail. Cammo ammo box, 7.62 mm, placed on site with permission of the staff. For once, I didn't find a hole to put this one in. Short history of the siege of Vicksburg on the obverse side of the geocaching info sheet. Stop short of the rope/barrier and look for the bunker.
I hope y'all enjoyed the Grant's Vicksburg Campaign Cache Trail! I tried to hide them all in different styles, but two ended up in a hole at the foot of a tree.
I recommend that you go to www.civilwaralbum.com to see maps, photos, and other items concerning Grant's Campaign.
