This one is very easy to get to and requires you to send me an e-mail. You don't even have to get out of your car.
I like to do historical items of interest. This cache was approved by the manager of the Lake Lowell Refuge who asked that only virtuals be used at the refuge. He asked that we not go into the different areas to do them but said perimeter virtuals would be fine, in fact, he welcomed them. This while a flock of several thousand sheep were going by.
Go to the location and e-mail me telling me the year the rock wall was built and the storage capacity of the dam in acre feet.
Do not post the answers on your logs. Internet "finds" will not be accepted.
I was able to get him to give us this much and if we prove to he and his boss we are good with it maybe something further will happen in the future.
