Easy Access from nearby resorts, nice gardens and a little History, Signal accuracy @ time of placing 10 feet

The cache sits on property that is the Only one of it's kind On Grand Bahama Island. Easy to access from the nearby resorts. If the first person to find this cache would kindly leave a small pencil it would be appreciated. At time of Placement , coin , a set of new AA batteries from Ikea, Key chains from Nova Scotia and Canada, map of Grand Bahama, Large Decal from the island and a small logbook.
