Geocache Description:

Near the shores of a beautiful little mountain lake on Mount Cimone, in Emilia Romagna area, 1450 mt altitude.

Mount Cimone is a popular skiing resort in Emilia Romagna, and it's easy to get there from Bologna, Modena and Pistoia.
Reach Sestola and follow directions to Pian del Falco. Once there, look for signs indicating "Lago della Ninfa" (Nymph's Lake). You can drive all the way up to the lake if you wish. Enjoy the view, have a walk around the lake and go cache hunting :)
The cache itself is a 35mm film canister. As the lakeshores are higly frequented, we had to hide it in the nearby woods.
Look for it in a crevice at the base of a large moss covered stone.

Go there during summer, or you will just find tons of snow!
