Suggested parking: N 39 38.508, W 084 24.559.
This is about 1/2 mile from the cache. Take the path across the
field that points to the fish pond. Once at the pond, go around to
the left to find the pink trail. If you choose to walk the entire
pink trail, it is a 1.2 mile loop. There are a couple of other
parking spots to approach this cache, but the one given will afford
you the most pleasant walk in.
This cache has been fully approved by the Metroparks
Land Stewardship, who may be reached at 937-696-3073. If you are
interested in hiding a cache in any of the Five Rivers Metroparks,
they are the ones to contact for approval. The approval process is
not strenuous, and it is a great way to make sure we are
harmonizing the fun of the sport with the needs of the
land.
