Call someone while you are at the site have them take a web cam pic (enlarged version) and post it on this site to claim this cache.
In order to meet the criteria of a webcam cache we have to be able to identify the you are the geocacher in the pic...so in order to accomplish this you must stand on the picnic table facing the camera, which is on the top floor of Miller Hall. The cacher must stand on the table and hold both hands over their head with the GPS in one hand. You'll look like a geek...but hey you're a geocacher.
