Geocache Description:

Located near one of Long Island's more infamous spots, the decommissioned Shoreham Nuclear Power Plant.

A suprisingly scenic view considering the subject at hand. This power plant, as a matter of fact, was closed after it was built but before it became operational due to serious public concerns regarding the evacuation of such a highly populated area in the event of a nuclear emergency...the Long Island Expressway is bad enough during the regular rush hour!

There should always be a Where's George $ in this cache, so please only exchange them. Please bring your own pen or pencil since there isn't enough room in the cache for one.

Original cache contents include:
2 WG$
Michelob Pin
Alien Dude
Log Sheet

This cache is NOT located on private property. Please do not use power plant access roads while searching for the cache.

Please re-hide cache securely. Be safe and have fun!

This cache will be maintained with the assistance of active LIGO members.
