We rated this a 4 for difficulty because of muggles.

This area was named Billy Goat Hole after the Billy Goats that would climb into the oak trees in the area. This is a great spot for a picnic lunch with a view. To get credit for this cache you need to sign the log and email me at least 3 rules and regulations posted at the cache site.
