Geocache Description:

Cache is located at the end of the Valley of the watermills in Sorrento. Altitude is about 14 m above sea level.

In the middle of Sorrento there is a deep cleft called Vallone dei mulini. Until the early 1900s there were watermills operating in this cleft, but now only their ruins remain.

The cache is reachable from three different directions: Marina Piccola, Piazza Tasso or Piazza San Antonino. It will probably be hard to get a good gps signal near the cache, but if you consider the approximate altitude you should be able to know where to search.

Initial contents:

  • log book
  • pencil
  • tiny spider
When you are around, don't miss the nice view from Via di Maio above the cache!

Please write your logs in English!
