Cachen er plassert på fjelltoppen Heiebok, tilgjengelig fra Edland. Hvis du tar bil så langt du kan, er det fremdeles 200 høydemeter til cachen.
Uansett om du kommer fra øst eller vest på E134, ta av i krysset N59 44.187 E7 33.902 ved bensinstasjonen. Vi skal opp en bomveg, så stopp her og veksle til deg kr 20 i smått hvis du ikke har. Kjør nord, sving øst og kjør ca. 600 m. Ta av ved skiltet mot Utgarden. Kjør oppover og oppover.
Ved N59 44.478 E7 33.183 går veien over til grus. Det er en bom ved N59 44.480 E7 33.112, bompenger kr 20. Det hender at bommen står oppe, men vær så snill: Stopp og betal. Respekter bøndene som vedlikeholder denne veien. Enda mer oppover.
Det er ikke tilrettelagte parkeringsplasser langs veien, men hvis du klemmer deg inn i grusskråningen i krysset ved N59 45.510 E7 30.226, så irriterer du ikke hyttefolket.
Heiebok er bratt, så jeg foreslår at du går til enden av fjellryggen for å komme opp. Ved N59 45.795 E7 30.552 vil du få øye på et sauetråkk som leder oppover. Sauetråkket tar deg helt til TP Heieboknut, N59 45.894 E7 30.275. Jeg vil anbefale at du går dit før du begynner å lete. Siktestaken til TP Heieboknut er falt ned, men er relativt enkel å finne. Bolten i fjellet er 1087 moh., hvis du har behov for å kalibrere høydemåleren din.
Herfra er du på egenhånd. Cachen ligger ikke så langt ned i lia.
Når du først er her, må du ta turen til selve toppen på 1114 moh., med fullkomment rundskue.
Cahcen er en transparent plastboks med hvitt lokk. Originalt innhold er en miniatyr Rubiks kube med nøkkelring, en $1 sjetong fra Holiday inn i Las Vegas, en bitteliten skrutrekker og en neglklipper. Dessuten er det loggbok, blyant og en blyantspisser. Vær så snill å ikke bytte blyantspisseren.

The cache is located at the mountain Heiebok, accessable from the small place Edland in Telemark, Norway. If you take the car as far as you can, there is still a height of 200 m to defeat.
Whether you arrive from east or west on E134, leave the European-classified road at the gas station in the intersection at N59 44.187 E7 33.902. We're going to take a private road with a road fee later on, so stop and change for a NOK 20 coin if you don't have (Two 10s will also do - or 4 times NOK 5 - you get the picture). Take north, then east and drive approximately 600 m. Leave the local road and take the branch towards Utgarden (roadsign). We're going up, up and up.
The road changes from hard surface to gravel at N59 44.478 E7 33.183. You're supposed to pay your NOK 20 coin (or 2 10s or ...) at the road bar at N59 44.480 E7 33.112. Sometimes the bar is open for nothing, but please stop and pay anyway. And sorry, but foreign coins are useless for the local farmers maintaining the road. Please respect the farmers' work. The road is taking us further upwards and upwards.
There are no official parking places along the road, but if you park your car close to the gravel wall in the intersection at N59 45.510 E7 30.226, you won't annoy the local cottage owners.
Heiebok is steep, so I suggest you head for the mountain ridge end. At N59 45.795 E7 30.552 you'll see a sheep track heading upwards. The sheep track will take you all the way to the surveyors' point TP Heieboknut at N59 45.894 E7 30.275. I recommend that you go there before starting the search. The pole at the surveyors' point has fallen down, but is easy to find. The bolt has an altitude of 1087 m ASL, if you want to calibrate your altimeter.
From here, you're on your own. The cache is not far downhill.
When you're here, you must go to the mountain top (1114 m ASL), with a perfect full circle panorama.
The cache is a transparent plastic box with a white lid. Original contents is miniature Rubik's cube with a key ring, a $1 chip from Holiday inn in Las Vegas, a tiny screwdriver and a nail clipper. In addition a log book, a pencil and a pencil sharpener. Please don't trade the sharpener.
Watch out for vipers during the summer. Keep your dog on a leash.
