Geocache Description:

Cache is located in Burton Park and should be a fairly easy find. Be sure to bring a pen and please place the cache back exactly as you found it. Please use care in handling it. Since this cache has been Muggleised twice I have decided to move it a couple feet from its original location. The original coordinates are still good. Be sure to check the hints Thanks!

Burton Park: Burton Park was the first public recreation facility established by the City.  In March 1938, citizens passed a 20-year bond issue for purchase of the designated property. That same year, the WPA (Works Progress Administration) constructed an amphitheater and an adobe brick building at the Park.  Later an additional 3.38 acres were purchased, where the game of baseball could be played. The park was dedicated in 1940 and re-dedicated in June 1960 to honor a key City activist and Mayor, Edward Burton, for his many years of service to the community.   This is San Carlos' main city park. It's the focus of the annual Hometown Days celebrations and many other activities, and gets busy on weekends and summer evenings. In addition to a large playground with new equipment, there is a smaller, fenced in toddler's playground. The cache is a 35mm film container with only a couple things in it due to limited space.
