This Cache is located on the Ogmore coastline, with views across the Bristol Channel as far as Devon and Cornwall. This part of the coastline is made up of steep, impressive cliffs which are battered by the waves below. The paths are clear and defined and suitable for families, but care should be taken not to stray too close to the cliff edges.
The cache is a 35mm film canister hidden along the path. It contains a log and pencil. This cache has been designed to be a quick and easy find, useful for when the weather is bad or your legs are tired. The car park is a small grassed area overlooking the sea. It's coordinates are SS 87494 74009.
Alternatively, you may prefer a longer walk along the coast path as the cache is situated roughly half way between Ogmore and Southerndown. If so here are two suggested car parks:
1. Ogmore car park SS 86166 75197 (1.8km to Cache)
2. Southerndown car park SS 88172 73464 (900m to Cache)
At these car parks there is a small fee during peak visiting times.
There are toilet facilities at both of these car parks.
