Geocache Description:

A kid-friendly, easy find near another of these old homesteads, only this one still has what is left of the home still standing.

Like a lot of people, I have an odd fascination for old ruins and the like, and the nearby derelict house fits the bill.

Note that the house and the very large barn that are near this cache are OFF LIMITS. The barn in particular has signs indicating that nasty pesticides have been sprayed inside of it. Stay on the proper side of the fences. The cache is placed on the other side of the trail away from them.

The cache is smaller than an ammo can but larger than a decon.

Thanks go to Pedaler who has the original CBTH cache (GC48CB) that first brought me to this area several months ago.
