Bafureira beach, perhaps the smallest of the Estoril area, and quite conveniently acessed, since it's almost under a big dirt parking lot, next to the main avenue that runs these shorelines, in the S. Pedro area. So, what we have here is a no-frills small cache, easy as can be, with the simple reward of getting to know yet another pretty and half secluded location.
The area is a small fish reservation with a special protection status, and the sands and clays of the eastern neighbour beach are reported to have medicinal healing properties.
This is my first cache, so expect nothing fancy here: a small plastic container with the standard stashnote, a small logbook and pencil (easily upgradable, should there be the need for it), a couple of stickers (related to my profession), two small seashells and a guitar pick. Room to spare, so bring along something!
Regarding acessibility, climbing or descending some flights of stairs will likely be needed.
