Keystone: This cache appears to be located within the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Since this property is managed by the National Park Service, geocaches are not permitted here unless there is clear written proof of permission. A thread in the Northeast section of the Groundspeak Forums has criticized the fact that a few caches have been listed in the NRA, while a recent submission was denied. In order to avoid any appearance of bias, I am archiving this cache. If the owner can demonstrate permission for the cache, please write to any of the Pennsylvania Reviewers and your cache can easily be unarchived.
