How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
This cache is located in Bong Recreation Area in Kenosha County. It was placed as part of the Kenosha/Lake County Challenge. The cache contains the Kenosha/Lake County Challenge travel bug and it has some very special restrictions placed on whoever logs it: The goal of the Kenosha/Lake County Challenge bug is to help sprout new caches in the two counties.
The best place to park is in lot C and you will take hiking trail B to the south. A horse trail/service road will cross hiking trail B and you will want to take it south. You will pass a Bluebird Habitat Restoration area on the way to the cache site. Some bushwhacking will be required and bug spray is a must during the summer months. The original contents of the cache include: A tennis ball for the dogs, playing cards, sidewalk chalk, soccer ball water yoyo, American flag patch, carabineer, flexible keychain, and a wild life collectors pin. This is my first cache placement and feedback would be appreciated. Happy caching.
