Geocache Description:

In Meijo Park, with a so-so view of the castle.

My company now serves Nagoya so it looks like I'll be dividing my caching activities between Osaka and Nagoya now. I was disappointed to learn that there are absolutely no caches in downtown Nagoya, so this is a quick attempt to remedy that situation.

I intended to place a cache near Nagoya Castle, but then I discovered that one must pay a fee to gain access to the grounds. I settled for a nice spot in Meijo Park, just to the north of the castle. It's a great park for a stroll, and it's free! The cache is an easy 0.4-mile walk from Exit 2 of the Meijo Koen station on the Meijo line.

The cache is a GroundSpeak micro-cache capsule which contains nothing but a logsheet. You must bring your own pen or pencil. When you return the cache, please do not push it too far into its hiding place, or it may be difficult for the next finder to retrieve it.
