NOTE: The cache is not at the posted coordinates but is at less than 5 KM from them.
To find this cache you got to determine the exact position of the Lady in red shown in the bottom right insert and the exact local time she was standing there. The top right insert shows the famous picture her neighbor friend shot a second later. The aerial view shows both friends' location at the time of that historic event.
In order to be fair and to avoid accuracy discussions about her exact location the decimal values for both coordinates are given and are as follow: NXX°XX.737 WYY°YY.514.
Once you think you got the right coordinates in hands simply add 00°07.762 to your north coordinate and -37°25.359 to your west coordinate. Then add to the degrees and minutes of your new 2 coordinates the local time expressed in hours and minutes. Your results should take you right to the cache.
