The road to the cache is a dangerous, narrow, steep, twisting one reminiscent of an Alpine pass and shouldn't be attempted in poor weather. Once at the car park at the top, simply follow your GPSr carefully. The cache isn't far from the road so please take care not to be seen. Thanks!
I first drove Bealach na Bà (aka The Road to Applecross, or The Pass of the Cattle) in the '90s with the excellent Judith. We stopped for a meal at the Applecross Inn and carried on around the coast to the north. It was a memorable day on my first of many visits to Scotland. I set this cache on my next visit, in 2005, and have revisited for a maintenance inspection or replacement almost every-other year since. Please help me keep this old cache going by i) resealing it with care ii) rehiding it well. Thank you!
Location of my June 2013 You take the High Road..." (Beallach na Ba, Apl+) geocaching meet.
