Geocache Description:

GPS Coordinates are for the statue in front of a public building where the cache resides with permission.

Two streets north, or, two blocks west of a scenic bike trail, this statue sits in front of a public building within which the cache is located. The building is closed Sundays & Holidays, open 10am to 8pm M, 10am to 5pm Th, F, S or 1 to 8pm Tu, W. Use your stealth skills to avoid notice of the geomuggles who will be here.

The first American to win the Tour de France can lead you to this cache. Take 2/100's off this complete bicyclist's Due We Dez Maul number to win this prize.

The cache about 1.5" x 9" x 11" and is suitable for small flat items, like signature cards, book marks, trading cards, etc.
