Deze cache voert je over de Hamse dijken en door het land vlak er achter. Het is een wandel- of fietstocht (wandelen heeft de voorkeur !) van een goeie 5 kilometer lang. In tegenstelling tot Dijkenland Deel 1 zal je hier geen spiegeltje nodig hebben. ;-) Goed schoeisel dragen, is hier zeker verstandig.
Aangezien je buiten de winterperiode heel waarschijnlijk in contact zal komen met brandnetels, is een lange broek aan te raden.
Bij WP's 6, 7 en vooral 9 raad ik jullie aan om een oogje op kleine kinderen te houden.

Het is onnodig en trouwens verboden om tijdens deze zoektocht privé-terreinen te betreden !

Alle gegeven coördinaten zijn de gemiddelden van vele honderden metingen op verschillende dagen tijdens verschillende weersomstandigheden. In de bossen kan er desondanks veel afwijking optreden. Toch zul je meestal wel zien waar je moet zijn.

Je kan parkeren vlakbij het eerste waypoint (bovenstaande coördinaten).
De bedoeling is onderweg de gegevens te verzamelen die je uiteindelijk zullen toelaten de cache te vinden.
Op sommige stukken van het parcours kan het zeer druk zijn - zeker in de weekends en op feestdagen. Probeer daarom niet té opvallend te werk te gaan. Op de cache-locatie wil ik je zelfs vragen niet te veel lawaai te maken, een kleine moeite opdat de volgende bezoekers niet ontgoocheld zouden worden door een verdwenen kistje. :-) Bedankt alvast !
Voor, tijdens en na je tocht is er (op de meeste dagen en tijdens 'normale' uren) voldoende drink- en eetgelegenheid .

Stop de cache alsjeblieft zodanig weg dat ze niet opvalt voor niet-geocachers. Als er te veel zand of strooisel in de bekisting is gekomen, verwijder dat dan een beetje, aub. Vorm geen duidelijk herkenbare houtstapels. Zo wordt niemand ontgoocheld door een verdwenen cache.
Schrijf in je online logs a.u.b. geen zaken of voeg geen foto's bij die identificatie van waypoints of cache-locatie mogelijk maken. Bedankt voor jullie medewerking !

This cache takes you to the dikes of Hamme and the land right behind them. It can be done on foot (preferred) or by bike. The total distance is about 3.2 miles (5 km). Contrary to Dijkenland Part 1, you won't need a mirror here. :-) Wearing sturdy shoes is certainly the smart thing to do here.
As outside of the winter period you will almost certainly encounter stinging nettles, I advise you to wear long trousers.
At WPs 6,7 and especially 9 I advise parents to keep an eye on little children.

No trespassing during this search, please. It's prohibited and besides unnecessary !

All given coordinates are the averages of many hundreds of measurements on different days, in different weather. In the woods there may nevertheless be quite big deviations. Most of the time, though, you'll see where you have to search.

You can park right by the first waypoint (coordinates above).
Your task is to collect data that will allow you to find the cache.
Some parts of the route may be very busy - especially in the weekends or on bank holidays. Therefore, try to be a little discrete. Near the cache location I'm even asking you to not make too much noise. Small trouble to not disappoint the cachers after you with a plundered stash. :-) Thanks in advance !
Before, during and after your quest (on most days and within 'normal' hours), there are plenty of opportunities to drink or eat.

Please, hide the cache so that it's not possible for non-geocachers to spot it. If sand or leaves managed to get into the cache housing, please remove it a bit. Do not form obvious wood piles or the likes. This way nobody will be disappointed by a missing cache.
In your online logs, please do not reveal waypoints or cache by way of text or pictures. Thanks a lot for your cooperation.
