Geocache Description:


The cache is located in Rockland County's Mountainview Park. The park was made possible through a donation by Winston Perry, a local enviornmentalist, who generously donated half of the purchase price.

There are a few ways to approach this cache but the official parking is at N 41 06.007 W 073 56.917. From here its about a half mile to the cache with about 300 feet of elevation gain. If you park anyplace else please respect the surrounding private property.

The cache is a standard ammo can with something for everyone and is hidden only a few feet from the trail. There is no need to bushwhack. There are some nice views nearby.
