Geocache Description:

Behind the quaint shops of Stockbridge is a nice walk in the fields along a tributary to the river Test. Mostly flat easy walking, rickety bridge should hold out, but can bit a bit soggy near the river - some fearful looking bullocks - TAKE CARE!

NO details about the actual cache itself - would make it too easy.

Suggest that before or after, or indeed both, you visit Chatterbox Flowers, blue flower shop at Salisbury end of the street and (summer months only) take tea in their delightful garden enjoy huge slices of v scrummy homemade cake and if you are lucky their little cat will help itself to your cream! Sadly Chatterbox is gone so off to the Grosvenor for scones and tea! They have lovely big sofas for weary travelers and a well stocked bar. Enjoy.

Parking - If High Street is full - one has to drive to the end of the High Street/ the roundabout take the exit signed A3067 Kings Somborne, after a couple of hundred yards there is a sharp R/hand turn that (if memory serves) drops down quite sharply. Small often muddy car park leads directly onto the path and green.
