This ia a very easy one. The cache to be found is just a plain semi-transparent 35mm canister.
To get there you will have to drive/walk a fair way along a half decent dirt road/track. (Well it is decent in the summer, but in the winter when it rains... well it could be a bit slippery in a normal road vehicle)You will be able to drive to with 7m of the Coordinates.
The area where this location is, is, in my opinion, rather odd and nice at the same time. It surprises me that there is such a place like this bang in the middle of such a built-up area. You can get a great view of Lisboa especially on a clear night. Also it is interesting to note the "New" island being formed (about 600m N of the Coordinates) due to the passing of the boats. It's just a pity that the area in general isn't taken care of.
As already said, it's just a 35mm film canister (inside there is a small log book, a small pencil and a stash-note in both Portuguese and English). By the way, as the log book is small, please let us know if you happend to use the last page. This way we will jump over there and put in a new one.
To find the cache itself look under a raizd slab of stone. There are only two under which it could be.
All you have to do to confim you finding the location is tell us what colours are the two light posts (a photo will do too, and be nice). One of the posts is at a heading of 84º from the Coordinates and about 20m, but the other post is...
